The cheesy baubles of joy you never knew you needed. Deep-fried panko-breaded brie meets spiced cranberry sauce, served on a bed of peppery rocket. Un-brie-lievable.
PIGGIES IN BLANKETS
One of the few traditional Christmas dinner items that we couldn’t ban from the menu. Sausages cocooned in bacon with crispy kale and chipotle ketchup. No, you’re dribbling.
CHRISTMAS NUGGS
You’ll wish it could be Christmas everyday with these fiery nuggs. We’ve fried cauliflower in a Korean ssamjang paste and topped it off with crispy chilli, garlic, sesame seeds and spring onions. It’s like a hug in a nugg!
BUFFALO TURKEY STRIPS
This old bird’s had a spicy new make-over. Our buffalo buttermilk-fried turkey strips are decorated with chilli, spring onion and creamy blue cheese mayo. Twit-twoo!
Mains
MERRY CHEESEMAS
Our mouth-watering beef patty joins forces with deep-fried camembert, smoked garlic mayo, cranberry sauce and crisp rocket for a truly life-changing experience. Merry Cheesemas and a happy new beer to you!
FLIRTY TURKEY
Hubba hubba, our turkey schnitzel has all of the trimmings! We’re bringing you bacon, brie, cranberry sauce, truffle mayo, rocket and stuffing. What more could you want for Christmas?
SAUCY SANTA
On the seventh day of Christmas, Hub Box gave me to me, a beef and a pork patty, pulled turkey, fried sprout tops, creamy blue cheese, fiery peppercorn sauce and ONION RINGS. Okay, so they aren’t the words, but this saucy number is definitely worth singing about.
CARNI-V
Why should the meat-eaters have all the fun? Picture this – a Beyond patty, vegan bacon, pulled BBQ mushroom, vegan cheese, BBQ sauce, rocket and onion rings. It’s like Christmas come early!

TOPPED TURKEY FRIES
These cluckin’ delicious skin-on fries are layered with pulled turkey, turkey gravy and persillade. You’ll be stuffed!
XMAS MAC’N’CHEESE
What’s better than mac’n’cheese? Truffle mac’n’cheese. You can thank us later.
OYSTER MUSHROOM FRIES
Skin-on fries with pulled oyster mushrooms, smoky BBQ sauce, tangy pickled red chilli, and fresh coriander. We totally recommend this side – even if it feels like you don’t have mushroom left (sorry).
TRUFFLE FRIES
These fancy fries are fit for royalty with their terrific truffle, parmesan and chive topping. Dig in, they’re absolutely spiffing.
Desserts
STICKY TOFFEE PUD
The ultimate Christmas pudding had to get a mention. Steamed to perfection with an abundance of salted caramel sauce and a large dollop of vanilla ice cream. Need we say more?
CHRISTMAS HUB TUB
If you like a Xmas pudding, you will LOVE our Hub Tub. And if not, we reckon we can change your mind… Our pud is drizzled with hot sticky butterscotch sauce and served with a dollop of rum and raisin ice cream AND brandy clotted cream.
XMAS CRACK PIE
Ooey-gooey irresistible filling meets oatmeal cookie crust and brandy Cornish clotted cream. It’s sugar, it’s spice, it’s everything nice!
SALTED CARAMEL PEANUT BROWNIE
We’ve given this classic a Hub Box twist. Go nuts for our salted caramel peanut brownie with salted caramel ice cream and a raspberry drizzle. Treat yo-elf!
