At Hub Box, we’re always repping the best of the South West, and this season’s menu is stacked with sunshine vibes, next-level flavour, and the kinda bites that’ll have you back again before you’ve even finished licking your fingers.
BIG FLAVOUR. BIGGER ENERGY.
Let’s talk beef—ours is the real deal. Every burger starts with a Philip Warren patty: South West native breed, moorland farmed, grass fed and dry-aged for 28 days. You’ll taste the difference.
Try the Big Dipper—a heavyweight classic-in-the-making. Think mustard-glazed beef, gooey burger cheese, brown butter mayo, and our beef tallow onions. Oh, and you get to dunk it in our rich bone marrow gravy. Yes, dip it.
In the mood for fire? The Hot Rod is here to test your limits (in the best way). Burger cheese, crispy bacon, bacon jam and Marty’s hot sauce, plus pink pickled onion to cool things down.
FRIED CHICKEN IS HAVING A MOMENT
We’re all in on crispy chicken this season, sourced from Castlemead, raised right and packed with flavour. The Brie B King is creamy, crispy perfection with bacon jam, brie and garlic mayo. Kim Yum brings Korean BBQ vibes with gochujang mayo and crunchy Asian slaw. Hot. Sweet. Tangy. Just how we like it.
And for the ranch-lovers? Honey Ryder’s got you: crispy chicken, hot honey ranch, Hub slaw, and candied jalapeños. Sweet heat, all day.
SIDES THAT STEAL THE SHOW
You know the drill; come for the burger, stay for the fries. Made fresh every single day, our hand-cut fries are twice-fried, skin-on, and primed for a glow-up. This season’s sides are on another level:
- Spice Bag Fries (curry sauce, chilli crisp, spice bag seasoning… it’s a vibe)
- Garlic & Parmesan Fries (no words, just try them)
- Mother Clucker Fries (fried chicken, Korean BBQ sauce, cheese sauce, pickled chillies, sour cream—yeah, we did that)
Mac bites? Still here. Disco fries? New and dirty. And don’t skip the BBQ Burnt End Beans—a smoky little side hustle of pork, brisket and BBQ beans.
