At Hub Box we are always working toward being better, and it goes without saying that this includes the suppliers we work with and what goes into their product. Let’s face it, we know we’ve got the best buns on the block, and we’re making them even better. Big up our brand new Potato Bun!

Now this isn’t just any ordinary bun – made with regenerative flour, light and fluffy, and you guessed it, packed with potato. By adding this special ingredient, it gives the bun a soft touch, whilst keeping your burger afloat. Carbs are in, they’ve never really been out and the humble potato is the most diverse veg out there.

What’s regenerative farming you might ask?

Simply, it’s farming with nature, not against it, to leave the land better not worse.

We agree that food shouldn’t just come at the expense of the plant and the quality of our soil. Shout out to Wild Farmed and Matthews Cotswold Flour for raising the hype on this topic.

Our local bakeries, including Hobbs House have worked hard to develop the potato bun from regenerative flour, with texture and sustainability at the forefront. Le creme de la creme of burger buns!
