Christmas Bookings
Hub Box Christmas 2025 – Booking & Cancellation Terms
These terms apply to all Christmas bookings at Hub & Hub Box. Please read carefully to ensure a smooth and enjoyable festive experience.
Booking Policy – 8 Guests or More
- Bookings for 8 guests or more must be made by contacting the restaurant directly. Visit the restaurant page on our website for contact details.
- Once availability is confirmed, a secure payment link will be sent via our booking website only. A £10 deposit per person is required to confirm your booking. This deposit is non-refundable.
- Full payment must be made at least 21 days prior to your booking. Bookings without full payment by this deadline will be cancelled.
- No booking is confirmed until a deposit has been received. Deposits will be deducted from your total bill.
Booking Policy – 8 Guests or Less
- Online bookings require card details to secure your reservation. No payment is taken at this stage; a pre-authorisation of £10 per person will be made, which will drop off after your visit.
- Full pre-payment is not required for smaller groups, but the pre-authorised amount will be claimed in case of cancellation after the 7-day period or no-shows.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations for any booking must be made at least 7 days before your booking to avoid charges.
- For bookings of 8+ guests, cancellations after this period, or no-shows, will be charged for the full value of pre-booked food.
- For bookings of 8 or fewer, cancellations after the 7-day period, or no-shows, will result in the pre-authorised amount being claimed.
- To cancel, contact the restaurant directly via email or phone.
Arrival & Table Policy
- Please arrive on time. Tables will be held for 15 minutes. Arrivals after this may be treated as a no-show, and cancellation terms will apply.
Pre-Orders
- Pre-orders are required 7 days prior to your booking. A link to the Christmas set menu and order form will be sent to you.
- Dietary requirements must be noted on your pre-order. Allergen information can be found here.
Group Size Changes
- If there are any changes to your group size, please notify us as soon as possible. This helps reduce food wastage.
- Deposits are non-refundable, even if the number of guests changes.
Menu & Offer Policy
- The Christmas menu may be subject to minor changes due to ingredient availability.
- Discounts and other offers do not apply to the 2-course set menu.
General Bookings
- When you book, we will ask bookings of 6 or more for payment card details to secure your reservation. No payment will be taken at this stage & we will not hold your card details. We will take a pre-authorisation for £5 per person on your booking, which will drop off after your visit to us. For Boozy Brunch/Boozy Lunch bookings, you will be asked for your card details regardless of how many people you are booking for.
- For tables of 8 or less people, your booking will be confirmed when you finish our online process. If you would like to book for 9 guests or more, you will need to contact the team direct. Contact details can be found on their restaurant page.
- If you need to cancel your booking, we require 2 hours’ notice for tables of 4 or less & 24 hours’ notice for tables of 5 or more. Please call the restaurant if you need to vary the number in your party after you have booked.
- If you do not authorise payment after 24hrs of your booking, your booking will be cancelled & you will have to place a new booking.
- If you do not cancel your booking & you do not come to the restaurant at the reserved time, you will be deemed a “no-show” & we reserve the right to charge your payment card with £5 per person in your booking.
- Please turn up on time for your table. If you are running late, we will hold your table for 15 minutes, at which point we will deem you as a “no-show”.
- Please note, we cannot reserve outside tables at any of our restaurants. They are on a first-come-first-served basis. You can however write in the booking request box that you would prefer an outside table. If there is one available when you arrive, please raise this with the team and if they can seat you outside, they will.

DISCOUNTS
As our little way of saying thanks, we offer the following discounts on our services. To use these discounts, we need to see a valid photocard ID card (it’s best to show this before placing your order). The discounts can only be used on eat-in orders, or via takeout when ordering directly from a restaurant. The discount is applied to the cardholder’s order. The discount only applies to the purchase of food & drink.
NHS staff / Blue Light cardholder: 10%

Paper Vouchers
IMPORTANT UPDATE ON PAPER GIFT VOUCHERS:
- From 12th June 2023, paper gift vouchers will no longer be valid.
Digital Gift Vouchers
- Once activated the value on this Hub Box digital gift voucher can be used as full or part payment at any Hub Box or Hub Restaurant.
- Digital gift vouchers are issued in denominations of £5 starting at £5 up to a maximum value of £250.
- The monies on the digital gift voucher cannot be exchanged for cash. Any remaining balance on your voucher will remain – the full value does not have to be redeemed in one transaction.
- All monies on the digital gift voucher must be used by the expiry date which is 24 months from the date of purchase.
- No change or refund will be given.
- Gift vouchers are primarily intended to spend inside our restaurants to purchase food and drink, but from time to time you may be able to use them through other sales channels such as online ordering – if this facility is available. Gift vouchers cannot be redeemed if you place an order through third-party delivery agents.
- You should treat this digital gift voucher as cash.
- This digital gift voucher is not a credit, debit or cheque guarantee card.

Gift Cards
