Hub Box will open its fourth restaurant in Cornwall, and its tenth across the country, in Falmouth in May 2021. From the mothership of Hub in St Ives to opening their first Hub Box in Truro in 2014, famously from a shipping container on Lemon Quay, they soon outgrew the container and relocated to its current home in Kenwyn Street. Hub Box also has sites in Pentewan, Plymouth, Exeter, Taunton, Bristol, Portsmouth, and Cardiff.
Located in Discovery Quay, Hub Box will bring its fresh burger-led, street food-style menu to Falmouth. Passionate about sticking to their Cornish roots, and local suppliers, Hub Box are renowned for being fresh-thinkers and straight talkers, so when they say there’s something on the menu for everyone, there really is. Whether you’re a meat-eater, vegan, veggie, or gluten-free, they’ve got you covered.
At Hub Box, it’s all about real good food done the right way. If you love fresh produce, great service & bold flavours, then you are going to love this new addition to Discovery Quay.
Hub Box has been serving up mouth-watering burgers across the South West since 2012 and has another two restaurants opening in the coming months – Cheltenham’s Brewery Quarter and Plymouth’s Royal William Yard.
