If you’re an avid follower of Hub Box, you would have seen that we’ve recently recreated our real beef and chicken burger menu items in meat-free versions, following a surge in demand for more plant-based options across our restaurants. You can read more about this, here.
We wanted to give our vegan customers the same choice as our meat-eating customers and felt that the best way to do this was to make all our existing beef and chicken burgers meat-free. That way, our vegan customers could still experience the same great burgers and incredible flavours as everyone else.
At Hub Box, we are all about diversifying and ensuring our food is as inclusive of customer’s dietary requirements as possible – whether it be gluten free, vegetarian or vegan. We wanted to ensure we have something for everyone – and now we have!
Since launching our new vegan menu, we’ve discovered that many customers who aren’t vegan are now going for the plant-based option regardless.
The aim of the Global Vegan Awards programme is to recognise and award those businesses and professional individuals who have exhibited a positive impact with a plant-based lifestyle. The rise in popularity of veganism and a cleaner lifestyle has encouraged businesses, such as ourselves, to invest further to improve the quality of their products, while ensuring it is also sustainable and environmentally friendly.
