FREE PROSECCO / NON-ALCOHOLIC COOLER DEAL

  • Available in all restaurants, excluding Hub Box Exeter
  • Book a table for our Xmas Set Menu on a Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday and receive a free 125ml glass of prosecco or non-alcoholic cooler for each person on your table
  • Only available on advance bookings made for a Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday placed on/between Monday 4th Dec 2023 – Wednesday 20th December 2023
  • To redeem your free glass of prosecco or non-alcoholic cooler, when making your booking, ensure you add into the Special Request box the following code: XMASPROSECCO
  • You must book the Xmas Set Menu to redeem your free prosecco or non-alcoholic cooler
  • Not in conjunction with any other offers or promotions
  • Hub Box reserve the right to withdraw the offer at any time
  • Offer cannot be redeemed via the Order and Pay at table system (VitaMojo) or the Click + Collect system (VitaMojo)

Christmas Menu Booking Type

  • This booking type is purely for those wanting to dine off the Christmas menu. All guests attending must order from this menu.

Booking and Cancellation Policy for 14 guests or less

  • When you book online, we will ask you for payment card details to secure your reservation. No payment will be taken at this stage and we will not hold your card details. We will take a pre-authorisation for £10 per person on your booking, which will drop off after your visit to us.
  • If you need to cancel, you must do so 7 days before your booking. You can either cancel your table via the button in your confirmation email, by replying to your confirmation email, or by contacting the restaurant direct. If you cancel prior to the 7-day period, the pre-authorised amount will not be claimed. If you cancel after the 7-day period, we will claim your pre-authorised amount.
  • If you do not cancel your booking and you do not come to the restaurant at the reserved time, we will claim your pre-authorised amount.
  • Please turn up on time for your table. If you are running late, we will hold your table for 15 minutes. If you are later than this, we will consider you a no show and the above cancellation terms apply.
  • For tables of 8-14, you will be required to submit pre-orders 7 days prior to your booking. A link with the Christmas set menu and a form will be sent to you to complete.

Booking and Cancellation Policy for 15 guests or more

  • If you are making a booking of 15 guests or more, you will need to do so by contacting the restaurant directly. Please visit the restaurant page on our website for the individual contact details.
  • Once the team has checked that they have availability, you will be added to the system and sent a secure payment link. We will require a £10 deposit per person to confirm your booking. This deposit is non-refundable.
  • You must pay via the secure link at least 21 days prior to the date of your booking. If you do not, your booking will not be confirmed and will be cancelled.
  • No booking is a confirmed booking until a deposit has been received.
  • This deposit will be deducted from the total amount on your bill when you visit.
  • You may cancel any time up to 7 days before your booking without any further charge, but if you cancel after this time or you do not cancel and do not show up for your booking, we reserve the right to charge you for the full value of your pre-booked food.
  • You can cancel your table by contacting the restaurant direct, via email or by phone.

 Amendments

  • Please either reply to the confirmation email you have received from us or call the restaurant if you need to vary the number in your party after you have booked.
  • If you are adding extra guests to your booking, you will be sent a new secure link to enter your card details into. This will pre-authorise/take payment (dependent on how many guests you are booking for) the extra £10 per guest.
